Detoxification Plan – How To Know When It’s Time For A Detox

If you feel tired and with no energy, your skin is dry and the circles under your eyes just won’t disappear then it is time for detoxification because your body is full of toxins. You need to get rid of them.

When your body is full of toxins you can easily get flu or virus. You need to make detoxification. Get on track and give strength to your body and organism. We will provide you with a simple menu that will help you to get rid of the toxins that can be found in your body.

The best time to do this is the weekend. With this treatment or diet (as you wish) you will target five important organs: lungs, intestines, lymph, liver, and kidneys. You need to stick to the preconditions. Those are: drinking a lot of fluids, do not eat sweets, meat or potatoes and consume only low-fat food.

You can do the detoxification 2 times in a year and it should last around 10 days. If you are busy you can do this during the weekend, also 2 times in a year.

For the program, you are going to need birch tea, dandelion, and nettles. You will be physically active. Here is the program.

Each day

Every morning you need to drink 1 cup of warm water.

Saturday

Breakfast:

1 cup of green tea and plain water.

1 cup of oats and 1 spoon flax seed.

200 ml. of almond milk or yogurt and ½ cup of berries (preferably blueberries).

Lunch

1 cup of water.

2 cups salad, made with arugula, tomato, and greens.

250 gr. grilled hake, cooked with lemon and olive oil.

Swiss chard and potatoes.

Small banana and a slice of melon.

Snack

1 apple.

¾ cups of yogurt.

1 cup of water.

¼ cup of pumpkin seeds.

Dinner

150 gr. grilled tuna.

2 cups salad, dressed with olive oil and lemon juice.

½ cup boiled or steamed vegetables.

Integral pastry, anise tea 1 cup of water.

Sunday

Breakfast

1 cup of oats with 1 spoon of flax seeds.

200 ml. diet yogurt or almond milk.

1 pear and green tea

Snack

Grapefruit

Lunch

200 gr. grilled chicken breasts

Vegetable soup made with carrot, beans, celery, peppers, onion, and potatoes.

1 cup water and 150 gr. pickles.

Dinner

Salad made with beet and carrot, dressed with lemon juice.

Nettle tea and integral pasty.
